The School Day
Reception to Year Six
The school day begins at 8.45 for Reception and Key Stage 1 pupils, with the doors opening at 8.45am and ends at 3.05pm. For Key Stage 2 pupils, the day begins at 8.45am, with the doors opening at 8.45am, and ends at 3.10pm. The school is therefore open for 31.25 hours to each pupil in a typical week.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast club is available, at a charge of £1.00, between 8.00am and 8.45am. Children can be dropped off up to 8.15a.m via the side gate. After that, via the main gate up until 8:30am. Booking is essential, you can do this via the Arbor app when you pay. All payments should be made via Arbor.
Morning Break
All Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils have a 15 minute break each morning. A piece of fruit is supplied for each child in EYFS and KS1 through the county fruit scheme. Key Stage 2 children can bring a healthy snack.
Lunch
Lunch break is between 12.00pm and 1.00pm for all children.
Drop-off and collection
At the beginning of the school day 8.45a.m children should be dropped off at the following points:
Tater Du (Reception/Y1) - Drop off at the Main Gate. Collection at 3.00 pm at Main Gate.
Round Island (Y1/2) - Drop off at the Side Gate (opposite the school field). Collection 3.05 pm at Side Gate
Sevenstones (Y3) - Drop off at Main Gate. Collection 3.10pm at Main Gate
Y4 ( Bishop's Rock), Y5 (Godrevy) & Y6 (Wolf Rock) - Drop off at Side Gate. Collection at Side Gate

After School Clubs
If your child is attending an after school club you will receive information detailing the time it will finish and where your child should be collected.
Getting to and from school.
Walking is certainly the best option. We also have bike racks where bikes and scooters can be stored. If you must arrive by car, please park considerately.
